Refund policy
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please email us your order number, relevant photos and reason for your return within 60 days of purchase.
Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the subject line, so we can locate your order easily and process your request promptly.
All products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons no refund for change of mind can be offered for products that have been used or where the protective seal has been broken.
Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
