Refund policy

How do refunds work?


If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please email us your order number, relevant photos and reason for your return within 14 days of purchase.

Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the subject line, so we can locate your order easily and process your request promptly.

Should your request be accepted, we will send an email confirming processing details for a refund or exchange.

All products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons no refund can be offered for products that have been used or where the medical protective seal has been broken.

Please note that Just Rolll With it does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
